Testimonials

"I love this gym, also if you're looking for a change and need help this is your answer. Daniel Beaupre is an excellent trainer. I've been training with Dan for about 3 weeks already and I've already gone down one clothing size. He is an awesome encourager and he shows you the right way to exercise. The Real Steel gym has awesome equipment. I'm very happy with my trainer and with the gym so glad I became a member."

- Teresa Rock, Member

"I was a 70 year old man with a few stents, and over weight, and shortness of breath and a bad right shoulder. I started training in late October and signed up for 20 personal training sessions. I am still a 70 year old man with a heart condition, but my breath is much better, my weight has moved around, I feel 20 years younger. I go to the gym at 5ish in the AM 3-5 times a week. I will continue, I really look forward to the hour in the morning before I go to work. Yes, 70 and still working, because I love my job."

“I trained there today and absolutely loved it. I've been to a lot of gyms and I would say it is one of the best in NH. The owner is very welcoming, friendly and knowledge, refreshing these days. Also everything was very clean, fresh paint, clean bathrooms. I will be back very soon."
