He is a former competitive bodybuilder who has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and training clients for over 10. He has a passion for applying his experience to helping you develop lean muscle, and healthy living among his many other specializations.

She understands the difficulty in staying fit with a hectic schedule as a business owner herself. She brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all her clients and classes, and promotes a healthy lifestyle for those interested in making a positive change.

Coming from an active background, Conlin has continued to evolve his training from soccer, track, and decathalons, into the fitness field. He has been working in personal fitness for 5 years, and is certified through Fitour. He brings an energy, flexibility, and commitment that pushes each of clients towards their goals.
